Wain Homes have submitted a new planning application for a development of 70 houses with access off Ribblesdale Drive. The proposal covers land to the south and east of Ribblesdale Drive and Carbis Avenue.
This application was not expected and the consultation letters state that we have 21 days in which to respond. The Parish Council are currently discussing our next steps and we will post more information on this website soon.
