UPDATE: Mary from the Post Office has clarified the following: the "Post Office Counter" will be a dedicated Post Office position attached to the existing Retail Counter as a third position.
There are a number of changes being proposed to the way the Post Office is operated, perhaps the most significant of which is to have their services delivered from the main retail till instead of the separate screened counter.
