Meetings
All meetings of the Parish Council are open to the public and we welcome attendance by anyone interested in finding out more about what we do. If there is an item that you wish to approach the Parish Council about, you are advised to contact our Clerk beforehand, so that we can schedule some time on the agenda. The procedures for speaking at Parish Council meetings are explained in the Standing Orders (download pdf). However, if you have any queries, contact The Clerk.
Meeting Dates
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Thursday 10th May, 7.30pm, Grimsargh Village Hall. The agenda for the meeting can be downloaded here.
Parish Council meetings are generally held on the first Thursday in the month at 7.30pm. This varies occasionally when Elections are scheduled for that date and there is no meeting in August.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council is held in May.
